I have worked at St Paul's for over 12 years and have been teaching for over 16 years. As EYFS Lead, my role spans the nursery and the wider Early Years Foundation Stage across the school, including Reception. I work closely with staff to lead curriculum development, support high-quality teaching and learning, and help ensure our provision meets the needs of all children. I also have a particular passion for inclusion, working alongside colleagues to support children with SEND and ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive. I believe the Early Years lays the foundations for a lifelong love of learning. I am passionate about creating a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, safe and inspired to learn. I strive to ensure our provision celebrates each child's individual strengths, meets their unique needs and enables them to flourish, regardless of their starting point. Building strong relationships with children, families and staff is at the heart of everything I do. I believe that working in partnership with families is key to helping children develop confidence, resilience and a genuine love of learning, creating the strongest possible foundations for their future. I am committed to continually developing my practice and leading high-quality Early Years provision across the school. I enjoy supporting colleagues, sharing best practice and creating engaging learning experiences that encourage curiosity, independence and success. I feel incredibly proud to be part of the St Paul's community and to work alongside such a dedicated team, ensuring every child is supported, included and encouraged to reach their full potential. |
